JULY 2025

July 4/5: Sour Cherry Chocolate Loaf A light rye loaf made with cocoa, dotted with dark chocolate chunks and sour cherries from our family’s tree.

July 11/12: Garlic Scape and Parm Our country loaf loaded up with garlic scapes from local farms and Parmesan cheese. Comes once a year!

July 18/19: Buckwheat and Honey Loaf A slightly sweetened milk bread with a dose of buckwheat flour for a deeper, funkier flavour.

July 25/26: Olive Almond Loaf Light rye with lots of spiced green olives and toasted almonds throughout.
