JUNE 2025

June 6/7: Currant and Fennel — poppy seeds, fennel seeds, and lil currants in mixed into our country loaf, with a poppyseed crust.

June 13/14: Cheddar Jalapeño — 10% spelt sourdough with chunks of old cheddar, and pickled jalapeños.

June 20/21: Apricot and Lavender — 20% kamut loaf with plump dried apricots and fresh lavender buds.

June 27/28: Potato Loaf — roasted Yukon Golds and roasted garlic in country loaf with lots of fresh rosemary throughout.
